A baby was born at 32 weeks with a birth weight of 1.59 kg. Mother had complex medical history including diabetes mellitus, chronic hypertension, nephropathy, maculopathy, ischaemic stroke on aspirin, hyperthyroidism and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
